I will not pay extra for grocery store organic. I do not trust major agribusiness to keep organic produce separate when organic and non-organic produce goes to the same warehouses, packaging companies, and trucks. I don’t like the extra packaging or the “greenwashed” marketing techniques. Local is a higher priority to me than organic, though when I can get both I usually do.
If we can afford it, that is.
